Jody Glidden is a serial entrepreneur and one of the most influential product inventors in legal technology. He holds multiple software patents and is credited with creating many of the foundational concepts that the industry now takes for granted — including Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM), CRM Cleanse, the Pre-Meeting Digest, and Contact Sync.
He built and commercialized these concepts at Introhive, which he co-founded in 2012 and grew into one of the most widely used relationship intelligence platforms in professional services. By the time of his exit, Introhive had raised over $135 million, reached a near-$500 million valuation, and was trusted by more than 50 of the world's top global law firms and over 250,000 users across 90 countries. Introhive won the EY Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was recognized on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 for three consecutive years.
Postilize is what Jody built with the next generation of AI. Where Introhive made relationship management smarter, Postilize makes it proactive — predicting what clients will need before they ask, surfacing opportunities before RFPs exist, and keeping CRM data current automatically without human intervention.
In founding Postilize, Jody created a new software category: Proactive Relationship Management — a distinct and more advanced discipline than traditional CRM or ERM, built on the predictive and generative AI capabilities that have only become possible in the last few years. The Proactive™ suite — ERM, Signals, and Cleanse — is the most complete proactive BD platform ever built for law firms.
Jody holds a BBA from the University of New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Harvard University. He is based in Miami Beach, Florida.

Created the concept of an AI-generated briefing delivered before every client meeting — giving lawyers the context they need to show up prepared without hours of manual research.
Contact Sync
Pioneered automatic contact synchronization that captures relationship data from email, calendar, and communications — eliminating the manual data entry that kept CRM systems perpetually out of date.
Multiple patents held
