Relationship strength & coverage view

Everything you need to keep important relationships warm.

At scale means every key client, prospect, alum, referral source, and decision-maker can have a next touchpoint without partners having to remember it all manually.

Relationship monitoring — always on

Proactive ERM watches your entire client book 24/7. When a relationship starts to cool — fewer touchpoints, no recent communication, a key contact changing roles — you get alerted before it becomes a problem.

AI-drafted conversation starters

No more staring at a blank email wondering what to say. Proactive ERM researches what's happening in your client's world and drafts the perfect reason to reach out — personalized, timely, and ready to approve in one click.

Relationship strength scoring

Quantify what was previously instinct. Every client relationship gets a real-time strength score based on communication history, recency, depth, and engagement — so you always know where to focus.

Coverage analysis

Make sure every major client has the right partner paying attention. Proactive ERM identifies coverage gaps before they turn into lost mandates — so no client ever falls through the cracks.

Safe relationship intelligence

Built for firms that cannot treat email like ordinary sales data.

The goal of ERM is not to collect as much inbox data as possible. The goal is to help partners protect and grow client relationships with the least data access necessary.

Postilize is designed around law-firm realities: confidentiality, partner trust, client restrictions, security review, and data minimization.

Relationship health without overcollection

Proactive ERM focuses on the signals firms need to understand client coverage, relationship strength, and follow-up opportunities without turning the inbox into a generic sales-data feed.

Designed for law-firm confidentiality

Email bodies can contain privileged analysis, confidential client facts, deal terms, litigation strategy, personal data, and client-restricted communications.

Built for internal trust

Relationship intelligence only works when partners, CIOs, GCs, and risk teams can trust the data model. Postilize is designed around that adoption reality.

How to evaluate signature-scraping ERM.

Once a firm believes relationship intelligence matters, the next question is whether the vendor is creating unnecessary access to message-body content.

Buyer FAQ

Questions every law firm should ask before buying an ERM.

Especially when a vendor says it avoids email-body access while also claiming to scrape signatures.

Is an email signature separate from the email body?+
No. In normal email structure, a signature block is text inside the message body. It may be visually separated from the note, but it is not a separate safe layer of email data.
If an ERM vendor scrapes signatures, does that require message-body access?+
In most cases, yes. To extract a signature from an email, the system has to inspect the part of the email where the signature appears: the message body.
Why does this matter more for law firms?+
Law firm email bodies can include privileged analysis, confidential client facts, regulated personal data, deal details, litigation strategy, and client-restricted information. That makes broad body access materially different from ordinary sales data access.
What should we ask a vendor that says it does not read email bodies?+
Ask whether it ingests, scans, parses, stores, transmits, or uses any portion of the message body to identify contacts, companies, titles, phone numbers, offices, or signature blocks.
Is 'we only read the signature' a meaningful privacy distinction?+
Not unless the vendor can prove the signature comes from a separate, non-body data source. If the signature is extracted from the email itself, it is being extracted from the message body.
Can signature scraping create privilege or confidentiality risk?+
It can create unnecessary risk and review complexity because the vendor is being granted access to the same body content that may contain privileged, confidential, or contract-restricted material.
Does Postilize require broad message-body access for ERM?+
Postilize Proactive ERM is designed to give firms relationship intelligence without relying on broad email-body access or signature scraping as the core data strategy.
Why are some ERM tools priced so cheaply?+
Some tools were built for generic sales teams, with simpler data models, broad inbox access, and less law-firm-specific architecture. Cheap ERM can become expensive if it creates risk, partner resistance, security friction, or bad data.
What should our CIO, GC, or risk team care about?+
They should look closely at data minimization, body-content access, retention, AI processing, client restrictions, auditability, security controls, and whether the architecture was actually built for a law firm environment.
What makes Postilize different?+
Postilize is built for law firms, where relationship intelligence has to respect confidentiality, partner trust, client restrictions, security review, and the realities of legal business development.
